Spicy veg crepe which is also a paratha and it is absolutely easy to make this delicious recipe for breakfasts.

STEPS:

1.Take a big bowl and add the following ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup of grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup of chopped tomatoes
  • 2 table spoon of green capsicum
  • 1 tablespoon of chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander  
  • 1/4 tablespoon of black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt (add as per your taste)
  • 1/4 cup of grated cheese
  • 300 ml of milk

2.Mix the ingredients well and batter will formed.

3. Take a griddle and let's add 1 TSP of oil on it and using a brush make sure that this oil is nicely spread evenly on the surface of the griddle .

4. Add about 1+1/2 big ladle full of this batter mix on top of the hot griddle and try to give it a round shape. 


5. Cook it ill the time the bottom side becomes nice and golden in color. It should take about minute minute and a half and then turn it upside down. Cook it for the next one and a half minute.

6. Then remove the paratha onto the plate and serve it while it's hot with some ketchup or with some chutney.
